Sanaghagara Waterfall (Odia: ସାନଘାଗରା ଜଳପ୍ରପାତ) is a waterfall in the Keonjhar district of Odisha, India. It's one of the best places for picnics with family and friends. It is situated at a distance of 3 km downstream of another waterfall, Badaghagara, which is also a popular tourist spot.
The place is just 8 kilometers away from the district headquarters towards Sambalpur on the No. 6 National Highway.
488 Hectares are devoted to the waterfall area. It has a somewhat moderate summer and a frigid winter due to its height of 1950 feet above mean sea level.
The region has a very undulating topography with hills, pediments, and a small valley in the shape of a "V."
The dolerite-derived rock formations are exceedingly steep hills and pediments. Through Machhakandana Nala, the region flows into the Baitarani River.
